Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, rooms were neat and equipped with a cupboard, garden view and terrace. Location: the hotel was not far from many attractions such as Bamthe famous bamboo grove, Herzegowa River, bridge & boat ride, Train station which is also shopping center, and the city center.

The hotel was relaxing and luxurious, close to nature. the staff were amazingly helpful. - the room was well-appointed and spacious with a cupboard and terrace. - the location was ideal, just steps away from Hogonin Temple.

The hotel is located near a beautiful river and away from the madding crowd, yet close enough to many attractions. The facilities are clean and the staff is helpful. The breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options.

The staff at Suiran were extremely polite and helpful. the rooms were spacious, modern, and included a terrace with stunning views of the mountains. the hotel's location is fantastic, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the Oi River.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious and unforgettable experience. the exclusive amenities met my every need for a high, end hotel stay. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a relaxing Full body massage and rejuvenating Facial treatments. the open, air hot spring bath in the Garden area was sublime. the private facilities in my room were top, notch, and the Special diet menus in the Restaurant were satisfying.

the Snack bar provided a decent selection.

We recently stayed at a hotel for Easter and we loved the welcoming staff who made us feel relaxed right away. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the beautiful views from our room. the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and shops.

We did notice a few things that could have been improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as we found some stains on the sheets and towels.

Beautiful views, great service

My partner and I recently went on a romantic getaway and stayed at a hotel in Kyoto. The views of the natural surroundings were stunning, especially from our room which had a balcony. The customer service was exceptional; they helped us plan our visit to the nearby attractions. the breakfast had a good variety of food choices.

This hotel wasn't as convenient as we hoped since it was a bit far from the city center. We had to take multiple forms of transportation to get to the places we wanted to see.
